Hac'KP International Hackathon · Kerala Police Cyberdome

Won Kerala Police Cyberdome International Hackathon with the Outstanding Performance Award.

  • 1 of 28 finalists selected from 1000+ applicants
  • 4-day bootcamp at Taj Vivanta, Kochi, working alongside Kerala Police & Interpol
  • Built PhotoDNA: privacy-first perceptual hashing that runs on-device, so the source photo never leaves it
  • Architected a digital crime scene investigation tool to correlate evidence faster

The objective was to build technology that supports law enforcement in making the internet safer for children. My primary focus was on two projects: a privacy-first intelligence platform that generates perceptual hashes (PhotoDNA) on a user's device for maximum privacy, and a digital crime scene investigation project that helps officers process and correlate evidence.

The win came with guidance from mentors Ajith Kumar P M, Ananthu S and Gilson Gilbert. I'll be joining the Grapnel team at Kerala Police Cyberdome to keep building technology for a safer community.

Took first place at the Kottayam IEDC Cluster Level Hackathon with AgroStack, an Agritech-FinTech marketplace.

  • AgroStack: full-stack marketplace removing information asymmetry in Kottayam's agri supply chain
  • AI price engine (Meta Prophet + TensorFlow LSTM) forecasting 25 regional crops
  • Malayalam voice access via Sarvam AI, ElevenLabs voice alerts, MCP-integrated agent

The competition focused on identifying local talent to solve regional challenges. We tackled farmer indebtedness, market price instability and the decline in food crop cultivation due to climate variability.

Built on Next.js 16, React 19 and tRPC with a PostgreSQL + Drizzle ORM backend. Market predictions are RSA-PSS signed, and the platform uses Upstash Redis, AWS S3 and Inngest, giving farmers data-backed insights and buyers a transparent, direct-to-farm marketplace.
